What does the service include?
Each package includes menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and service tailored to your chosen experience.
How do I pay for services?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance, including grocery costs, will be billed via an itemized invoice on the day before service and is due upon receipt.
We accept: Venmo, PayPal, Cash or Check.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your experience at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and time for proper menu planning. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated upon request, based on availability.
What is your refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future booking with at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! Allergies and dietary restrictions are always considered to ensure a safe and enjoyable meal for all guests. Please provide detailed information at the time of booking.
Do you provide plates and glassware?
Yes, we can provide plates and glassware for a small fee, or we can use your own dinnerware. Just let us know what works best for you!
How Do I Sign Up for the Loyalty program?
Once you book your first service with us, you’re automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Program. You’ll also receive exclusive email updates, including early access to seasonal menus, pop-up events, and special offers. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing Wishbone Scratch Kitchen.
Do you travel?
Yes, we are happy to travel to bring our personal Chef experience to you. For locations beyond 20 miles, a travel fee will be added, which will be determined based on distance.
What is expected of me?
Enjoy the experience! Simply provide us full kitchen access and have basic cooking and cleaning essentials available.
